What documents do I need to have at check-in?Answer:
Upon arrival, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is required (for guests over 14 years old), a birth certificate for children under the age of fourteen.

What time is check-in and check-out?Answer:
Check-in after 16:00, check-out before 13:00

Early check-in/late check-outAnswer:
The surcharge for guaranteed early check-in (from 00:00 to 14:00) is paid in the amount of half the cost of the day.
The surcharge for guaranteed late check–out (from 13:01 to 18:00) is 50% of the room rate.
If possible, check-in is free from 14:00 to 16:00.

Is it possible to reschedule the booking for other dates?Answer:
If you have force majeure circumstances and you notify us by e-mail or phone at least 3 days before the expected arrival date, you can reschedule your reservation to any available date within 6 months.
Please note that when rescheduling your stay to other dates, an additional payment may be made in accordance with the tariff plan.
